Your appointments and reservations are very important to us. Timeslots are reserved especially for you, and we understand that scheduled adjustments are sometimes necessary. When an appointment is canceled without adequate notice, we missed the opportunity to offer that time to clients on our waiting list.
For these reasons, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Policy details
1. 48+ hours notice
* cancellations or changes made with more than 48 hours of notice will not incur any charge.
2. Late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice)
* any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
3. No-show policy
* if you failed to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notification (a "no-show"), you'll be charged 100% of the service.
4. Late arrival
* if you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but our service time may be shortened to avoid disrupting the next clients schedule. If we are unable to provide a service due to a late arrival, the late cancellation policy (section 2) will apply.

We understand that unforeseen emergencies happen. Please contact us directly as soon as possible if an urgent situation prevents you from giving the required notice, and we will consider waving the fee on a case by case basis.
