Jeanine Chamberlain Emrich is a highly accomplished sports and exercise therapist with over 29 years of experience in the mind-body space. Her career spans elite fitness leadership, therapeutic innovation, and integrative wellness—positioning her as a trusted expert in both performance and healing.
For more than two decades, Jeanine held leadership roles within some of the nation’s most prominent fitness organizations, including serving as a Regional Director of Mind/Body and Fitness for a major national brand. In this role, she not only shared her passion through teaching, but also shaped entire wellness departments—overseeing instructor training, hiring, and continuing education, while elevating program standards across multiple locations.
Her extensive background includes a wide range of disciplines such as Pilates, yoga therapy, MELT, functional training, and therapeutic movement. While she has mastered numerous fitness formats, her true focus evolved toward therapeutics—where movement meets healing. Drawing from her foundation in classical dance and ballet, Jeanine developed a refined, intuitive approach to restoring balance, improving function, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
Jeanine holds advanced Pilates certifications at the university level and has earned recognition as a master-level instructor. Over the years, she has worked with fellow instructors, professional athletes, and high-performance individuals seeking a deeper, more intelligent approach to recovery and strength. Her methodology blends Pilates, yoga, MELT, and neuromuscular training—enhanced by functional movement and energy-based techniques—to create a truly integrative system.
Her training includes both 200-hour and 500-hour ERYT certifications, with advanced study completed in Chennai, India. What began as a physical discipline evolved into a lifelong commitment to holistic healing. Jeanine describes herself as a “forever student,” continuously expanding her knowledge to bridge Eastern and Western modalities in a way that delivers measurable, transformative results.
Today, Jeanine offers a sophisticated, concierge-style wellness experience through Here and Zen Wellness & Aesthetics. Her services include advanced neuromuscular stimulation using the NX Pro system, heart rate variability analysis through V-Scan technology, and targeted cryotherapy designed to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and enhance body contouring.
In collaboration with licensed medical providers nationwide, she also facilitates private medical weight management programs through secure virtual care available in all 50 states. Each client experience is highly personalized, designed to support the body from the inside out with precision, discretion, and clinical integrity.
Jeanine’s background also includes certifications in sports nutrition, medical technology, and cardiac monitoring, along with hands-on experience in advanced wellness modalities. Her ability to combine science, movement, and energy work allows her to create customized plans tailored to each client’s unique physiology, goals, and lifestyle.
Originally trained as a professional dancer and actress, Jeanine’s career began at the age of six and expanded into television and stage. She appeared in multiple public service campaigns and starred in a long-running dance-based television series. She later performed as an original cast member in the first New York touring company of the Broadway hit Rent, personally selected by creator Jonathan Larson.
Her performance career includes collaborations with renowned figures such as Mia Michaels and Ben Vereen, as well as choreography work at the prestigious Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She also served within the U.S. Armed Services Division, teaching dance and fitness to service members and their families internationally.
Jeanine has worked with a diverse clientele that includes professional athletes, performers, and high-level executives. Her approach is rooted in discretion, excellence, and results—making her a sought-after expert for those looking to elevate both their health and performance.
She resides in Port St. Lucie with her husband Chris, two children, Charli and Riley, and their beloved pets.
