Jeanine Chamberlain is an exercise physiologist and has been studying and practicing the mind /body arts for over twenty eight years. Over the last twenty years, she began a teaching career with some of the nation’s largest and most prominent fitness clubs. She was hired on in the capacity of Regional Director of Mind/Body and Fitness for a large national chain. She not only was able to share her passion with others through teaching, she was able to shape the direction of the clubs programs in that she was responsible for the training, hiring and continuing education of the facilities fitness instruction staff.
Her format repertoire includes: Step, Kickboxing, Club Boxing, Latin Dance, Aqua, Body Sculpting, Cardio Conditioning, Boot Camp,Yogalates, Pilates, MELT, Yoga Therapy and Pilates apparatus. With all of the fitness formats that Jeanine was responsible to train a staff in and teach, she was drawn to Theraputics/Yoga/Pilates/Melt/and exercise therapy most due to the sense of balance and Therapy that it offered her clientele. Pilates came naturally as it mimicked the foundation of dance, ballet. Jeanine was not only certified in Pilates at a University level (BFA), and exercise science, she became a "master". Many teachers, fitness professionals, and professional athletes came to her for her insight and fusion of Yoga,Melt and Pilates for therapy. Yoga/Pilates/Theraputics/and Muscular strength allowed her to push herself both physically and mentally. Where as she was classically trained, she took the modern approach to fusing methods and adding in functional training. This allowed her to take her clients to the next level in both therapy and strength.
She acquired her 200 hour ERYT training here in Florida many years after she completed an 500 hour ERYT training in Chennai India. Throughout her training, her expectations of the program began to transcend the simple learning of asanas and language and became a deeper and more spiritual lifestyle for Jeanine. She wanted to help others heal. This is just the beginning of the journey for her as she plans to continue her studies without boundaries to develop a deep personal approach to healing her clients body from the inside out. Jeanine now offers intelligent neuromuscular stimulation with the NX pro system from Neux Technologies as well as the V –scan which is a variable heart rate scan that will access the whole body and give both eastern and western medicine suggestions for treatment. Jeanine is also certified as a medical technologist and EKG tech. She is able to do IV infusions, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections. Jeanine uses modalities such as shockwave therapy, NX pro neux tech electrostimulation ,v-scan, cupping, scrapping, gratin technique, Thai yoga and manual manipulation. Jeanine is able to create an exercise plan for your body and its specific needs through injury, illness or just increasing strength and flexibility. She offers an all encompassing medical fitness concierge service.
Jeanine has an extensive background in dance beginning at the early age of 6 working as a professional dancer and actress. She appeared in several Public Service Announcements for local affiliates in and around the New York City area. This led to the starring role in a dance/musical cable television series, largely based on her life, which ran for 7 seasons. These early and childhood experiences fueled a desire in her to seek out a lifelong career in the danc /fitness/therapy arena. “Miss Dance Olympus” was a title bestowed upon Jeanine for an international touring convention working with such names as Mia Michaels (So You Think You Can Dance) and Broadway legend Ben Vereen. She was also appointed to a position within the US Armed Services Division to teach and instruct various dance and fitness master classes to the service men, women and children abroad. She enrolled and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Exercise Science from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she was the recipients of the “most promising artist” scholarship. During this period, she also had the great pleasure of choreographing and instructing at the world-renowned Broadway Dance Center in New York City, assisting the legendary choreographer Frank Hatchett. Personally Chosen by the writer and original director Jonathan Larson, Jeanine was cast as an original member of the first New York Touring Company of the Broadway Smash hit “Rent” playing “Maureen Johnson”.
Jeanine has an extensive celebrity client base that she personally trains. Her celebrity clientele range from professional golfers, basketball players, tennis players, baseball players,Actors and actresses, Olympic gold medalists and more. Jeanine has two children charli and riley, daughter and son, husband Chris and many small fury babies and resides in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
